Our mission in Rotary is to provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through our fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders.
Our world’s need for help is unceasing. We help fund projects -- from donations for Turkey and Syria earthquake relief deployed by the international disaster relief organization, ShelterBox, to provide thousands of emergency shelters for people who have lost their homes; to providing books to elementary school students in our communities to improve literacy, Rotary provides both funding and hands-on support, locally and globally.
HOW WILL MY DONATION BE USED? your donation will be used to fund mental health education and treatment services to make life better for those living with mental health issues and their families, specifically, The Second Wind Fund, with their website: https://thesecondwindfund.org/ which is the 50% benefactor of this fundraiser plus support Rotary Club of Littleton Foundation’s grantees for charitable, civic, cultural and educational purposes.

My specific goal for this fundraiser is to commit to an exercise plan for 30 days, with a riding regiment with my somewhat overweight 15 year old horse Chas. Each week between September 1st throught September 30th, we will exercise 7 hours a week on the hills and valleys of our farm, to help Chas loose 50 pounds.
